Empowering Leadership Luncheon

Thank you to Eric Boles, a highly acclaimed keynote speaker and consultant for some of the most recognized companies in the world and the elite special forces. Eric inspired a room full of YPNers October 12th at the Pacific Grill Events Center.

Prior to becoming an authority on teamwork, leadership and personal development, Mr. Boles played for the New York Jets and Green Bay Packers.

2nd Annual Mentorship Luncheon - Thank you!

Thank you to our presenters and attendees!

This panel discussion educated our attendees on the numerous mentorship opportunities in the community whether with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, CASA, etc.

A special thank you to Judge Frank Cuthbertson for an inspirational keynote address and Bates' Technical College for the wonderful space.

We encourage all YPN Members and young professionals to become a mentor in our community. Just one hour a week can make a monumental impact.

40 Under Forty Reunion - Thank You!

YPN came together with the Business Examiner to create this first annual exclusive event - which brought the area's best young professionals to meet.

YPN Helped Fill the Bowl

Thank you to everyone who helped YPN make a great contribution to the Fill the Bowl World Record attempt. We gathered on September 16th at the Pecha Kucha event and the 17th at Katie Downs to collect food and socialize - thanks so much to all those who helped!

Start! Heart Walk - Join the YPN Team!

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading causes of death in the US. Join us as we support the American Heart Association by participating in this community event. There is no fee to participate, though donations are accepted.

The event is at 8th & Pacific in downtown Tacoma. The event starts at 7:30am with education, free screenings and team photos. The walk starts at 9am.

Bowls & Beer with YPN!
In May of 1936, accompanied by speeches and a band, the lawn bowling green opened at the Sixth Avenue end of Wright Park. Today the green is as beautiful as ever.
Come join the Tacoma-Pierce County Young Professionals in a game of Bowls on Thursday, July 1st. Equipment will be provided and the Tacoma Lawn Bowling Association will be there to show us how to play.

The fun begins at 5:30 with play starting at 6:00. Wear flat soled shoes in order to protect the green.

Bring $5 cash to donate to the Tacoma Lawn Bowling Association for providing equipment and lessons.
After Bowls we will head to the new Harmon Tap Room to enjoy some frosty beverages!
