Amy Condon is an attorney in Tacoma, specializing in workers’ compensation and social security law. Her mom actually got her involved with YPN last year but renewing this year took no arm-twisting. Melissa Buckingham is the Urban Conservation Program Coordinator for the Pierce Conservation District. Their mission is to protect the natural resources of the county. In her work, she coordinates stream side restoration events, hosts workshops, and educates in classrooms and on field trips. She can offer environmental project coordination for individual volunteers, families, groups or businesses that are looking for an environmental volunteer experience. Melissa is an active member of the YPN’s Philanthropy Committee which keeps her involved with local causes and connected in her community. Elliot Stockstad is the Director of the new Safe Families for Children Program at Olive Crest. He joined YPN to connect with other creative, pro-Tacoma young professional leaders. Michelle feels she should give back to the communities that support her business and allow her to provide a great life for her daughter. Her daughter is an active and energetic 10 year old. Though she doesn't have much down time, Michelle works with Washington Women's Employment & Education (WWEE), cleans up parks around Pierce County and helps her friends and family with their community activities. In her down time Stephanie likes to stay active whether running or playing golf and tennis. Dr. Koltur Easton is a Chiropractor who works out of the Renaissance Chiropractic Center, which is right next to the Tacoma Mall. He joined YPN to cultivate lasting relationships with other members of the community, both personally and professionally. Koltur likes that YPN gives back to the community rather than just promoting its own interests. local to the City of Destiny, Kyle has been with YPN since 2010 after
participating in his first event at the Mandoline Café. Kyle has served as the
Membership Co-Chair and has recently joined efforts with planning the annual
YPN Golf Tournament. Kyle’s role in the community has been with current
employer, Pierce Transit of 3 years and his focus is Customer Service and
Public Outreach. His support for public transit has extended to Downtown: On
the Go/Tacoma Pierce County Chambers where he supports communications for the
Board of Directors and also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Professional
Certificate from UWT. His free time is often spent at the driving range, wine

Chrystal Morisette is the Marketing Services Manager for the Weekly Volcano, Ranger, and Airlifter publications. She's been an active YPN member for several years now and was just elected Treasurer. Chrystal feels YPN falls inline with her personal and professional values. She says she instantly saw how genuine and dedicated the organization was to caring for the community, cultivating leaders, and getting to know peers and feels that you have the opportunity to build strong, solid relationships through YPN, which set us apart from other networking organizations. In her downtime, Chrystal enjoys running, traveling, volunteering, checking out Tacoma's art scene, watching musicals and plays, and surrounding herself with friends and family. She's also one of the four CASTINGS co-founders (Communities Actively Strengthening Tacoma in Neighborhood Gardens and Schools). Ann Murphy is an Acupuncturist in Downtown Tacoma, running her own practice, Hawthorn Natural Health. She's just starting her practice and is a new resident of our great town, so Ann thought YPN seemed like a good way to meet people and get involved in the community. She's hoping to meet other practitioners and anyone interested in Acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine. In her spare time she says she loves to ride her bike, practice yoga, read and play with her dogs. Ann says she's on the hunt for good bike trails in the area, so give her a shout if you know of any. She also has a photography business, Jordan Danielle Photography, which focuses on wedding photography. Jordan Went to Seattle University, double majoring in Communications and Photography, but is now happily living back in Tacoma, where she grew up. Jordan was encouraged to join YPN by fellow member, Chrystal Morisette. She says it's nice to meet other people who are dedicated in their professions as well as their community. Molly Maddock is the Cash Management Officer for Commencement Bank in downtown Tacoma. Molly says they’re a truly-local bank that specializes in working with small to medium sized businesses and consumers in the South Sound. In her role she introduces businesses to the Bank and specializes in working with them to streamline their processes to get their money working for them. Molly is a long-time YPN Member, joining back in 2008. She was looking for a way to connect with other young professionals in the area. “Tacoma has an energy that has been building and I was looking for a way to be part of it.” Molly is a people person that enjoys expanding her network and connecting people that might work well together. The new mother of a 6 month old girl hasn’t had much down time but when she does, she loves camping, hiking, live music and shopping for her new home and daughter. Jordan Foster is a local attorney focusing on the areas of real estate, business, construction and employment law. He is a principal at the law firm of Smith Alling, P.S. which also handles generally all civil matters - family law, estate planning, probate and personal injury law. Jordan writes a blog on the topic called Grit City Law, focusing on local topics, new laws and his areas of practice. His firm is downtown Tacoma (11th & Broadway), which he says is a prime location for enjoying the Downtown Tacoma Farmers Market. Jordan feels YPN is great organization with a lot of energetic and future oriented people. He says it’s great opportunity to meet like-minded people. “I've really enjoyed the community and civic nature of the organization. The luncheons with Mayor Strickland, Prosecutor Lindquist, and CEO Dressel have been great events.” Jordan is a sports fan, supporting our local Puget Sound teams and Gonzaga and enjoys playing basketball and indoor soccer but says it’s tough to get a team together.
