We want to grow, cultivate, engage, and retain young professional leadership in Tacoma-Pierce County. YPN aspires to develop, connect, and unite the next generation of community leaders through our core principles of leadership, philanthropy, and networking. We are a growing network of Pierce County residents under 40 years old from all backgrounds, professions, and lifestyles.

YPN SAWs!

A SAW is a SPONTANEOUS AFTER WORK event where members of YPN are encouraged to spontaneously call an afterwork get together (clever we know). Whether it's grabbing a good happy hour, sharing a pizza, or going to a Rainier's game, these are informal opportunites to network and socialize with fellow YPN members in new areas around Tacoma. So keep your eyes posted for a YPN SAW event, coming to your email inbox soon!
